Sarah Lewis Explains Why We Should Embrace the Near Win
Sarah Lewis is a best-selling author, curator and an Assistant Professor at Harvard University. She gave a TEDtalk in 2014 (which we highly recommend you enjoying yourself), in which she states that “mastery is not commitment to a goal, but to a constant pursuit.” Long ago, when we opened the doors of The Little Red House, we made a commitment to a constant pursuit. We made a commitment to always do the little things. While there have been moments of success along our journey, we are continuously grateful for the “near wins” that have continually propelled in our pursuit of mastery.
