Asian Street Food Celebration With Justin Holt

Chef Angela Hernandez and guest chef Justin Holt will showcase traditional Japanese street food fare for “Takin’ It To the Streets,” an ongoing series at Top Knot in Dallas. This week: Takoyaki (a ball-shaped snack made of wheat flour-based batter and filled with octopus) and yakitori (skewered chicken grilled over a charcoal fire). We’ll also have Thai-style jelly beers, Japanese shochu cocktails, and other drink specials. DJ Spacebar will be spinning upbeat tunes on the patio.
