A student of the Auguste Escoffier Schools of Culinary Arts, Ryan Coates has explored every end of the culinary industry, from food prep for Meals on Wheels to server for multiple restaurants and catering companies in New York and Connecticut. Passionate about farm-to-table and sustainable practices and experienced in the unique flavors of cuisine across the globe, he brought his passion and skills to Uchiko in 2017 and most recently to Uchi Denver in 2018.
