Sous Chef, Top Knot
Rusty grew up in The Woodlands, just north of Houston and has been in the hospitality industry since he was 17 years old. Rusty has done everything from working as a server at an Italian restaurant to acting as a private chef for a family. Rusty graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts from Culinary Institute LeNotre, a private French School in Houston. When he is not working, he is spending time with his wife JoAnna and their two dogs, Corey and Fitz. His favorite place to eat is Pete’s Café in Dallas, right down the street from where he lives, where he loves the diner ambiance and down home food.
