Natalie was raised in the small town of Parker Arizona, where she briefly had a career in professional jet skiing with Team Yamaha. Her dad bought a restaurant when she was ten years old and she’s been doing it ever since. From prep girl to GM she has been a part of some amazing companies, from Flemings, to CPK to some amazing mom and pop spots in Malibu. She spent ten years with Mastro’s Steakhouse where she honed her skills in hospitality and rose to GM of the Palm Desert location. Studying Philosophy at UCLA followed by earning a MBA with Northeastern University, she continues to read up on how to be a better leader to those she works with. After finding her forever home in Boulder Colorado, she also found the right company with Uchi. Excited to be a part of the first Hai Hospitality concept outside of Texas, on her off days you can find her hiking and watching the Chargers. Best meal in Denver is Tavernetta, hands down.
