Corporate Relief Manager
Lyndzee has worked in the hospitality industry since she was 16 years old as a busser at Grigg’s Mexican Restaurant in her hometown of El Paso. She earned a degree in Interior Design from the Harrington School of Design in Chicago where she also worked at a few high-end restaurants. After moving to Austin in 2002, Lyndzee helped open Fleming’s Steakhouse in the Domain before joining Hai Hospitality as a server in 2010. She was named the general manager of the original Uchi in Austin in 2013. Lyndzee and her husband Chris (the assistant general manager at Uchiko) love going to Justine’s for date nights. Her top restaurant in the world is Blackbird in Chicago.
