Executive Sous Chef
Lance grew up in Lubbock, Texas, but also spent a lot of time in the Houston area. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and later attended Le Cordon Bleu in Austin. In something of a homecoming, Lance became the Chef de Cuisine at Uchi Houston in 2016. When he’s not in the kitchen, Lance loves to garden and recreate civil war battles in his backyard. Asked to choose his favorite restaurants in the world, he named Quince and Benu in San Francisco.
