Jack grew up in the Austin area and attended Texas State University in San Marcos where he earned his degree in business administration. After college, Jack worked as a cook for Mandola’s Italian, Enotecca Vespaio, and Trattoria Lisina. In 2016, he left the kitchen (but not completely) when he started working at Hai Hospitality. When he’s not in the office he’s playing guitar or going back to his old stomping grounds of San Marcos to swim in the river. One of his favorite spots to eat in Austin is Lenoir.
