Chris Bosch

Sous Chef, Uchi Houston

Chris grew up in Rosenberg, TX, where “white trash” meets “red neck” (per Chris). He graduated from Southwest Texas State with a degree in English Literature before attending Le Cordon Blue. Prior to joining Hai, Chris worked as the Chef de Tournade at Coppa Italiano and Underbelly. When he’s not at work, he likes to catch up on sleep and play outside with his 3 adorable pitbulls. Like most do, his girlfriend takes up a bit of his time and he sometimes treats her to his all-time favorite restaurant, Whataburger.
